Tips on getting the most out of your house clearance
- We remove as little or as much household rubbish as you’d like, but remember the MORE you clear away in one go, the better value for money. The cost does go up the more we remove, but it’s better value for money.
- Old fridges, TVs, batteries and paint contain small amounts of hazardous material, and as such are classified as “Hazardous waste”. They just need separate safe disposal, which we offer at an extra cost, so always let us know if you have any so we can give you a clear price.
- Let us know if you have items that are reusable. Most of what we collect is rubbish that we tip at recycling stations, but for example, if you have bags of clothes for reuse, always let us know and keep them separate.
- Many of our clients are arranging a house clearance for a friend or family member. Occasionally we help clear properties where someone has been hoarding rubbish over many years. For help dealing with this, we recommend: Help for hoarders
