One minor glitch - I had made it clear that the fitted carpets in the flat had to be removed. This is the second time that we have used your service and we have been very pleased! Your staff, (from the office to the guys on site, have all been very friendly and do their best to provide a seamless service. For me as a consumer, the most important feature that you have incorporated into your business model is customer service. I very much like the open communication between your offices regarding arrival times and booking confirmation and credit card processing. This process is so important for all business but more important for companies on-line with the main sales portal being the website. And to make it all work (in my opinion), it has to be a telephone call, not an email unless requested. You guys have done it right! And should you need it, please feel free to incorporate any of the above or excerpts therein on promotions or website testimonials.

The guys arrived very early on the Saturday morning that they were due, having rung me first, which was great for me as I then had the rest of the day clear (my Saturdays are very precious as I work quite long hours during the week!).
