Waste Plasterboard Recycling

Since 1 April 2009, European Legislation prohibits plasterboard from being sent to landfill with general waste. Because of this, waste plasterboard must now be reused, taken to a specialist plasterboard recycling facility for safe disposal, or land-filled separately.
